Day 92 and 93: Check This New SWOD Out!!!

A real quick post today, folks!
I was on the road yesterday and got home late, and now I am getting back up to speed with work and training.
I'll be back 100% ASAP.

Anyway, here is a badass SWOD that I came up with today for my client, Mike.
3Rounds
<---->Barbell Walking Lunges w/ Chains
10 Barbell Back Squats w/ Chains
20 BentOver BB Rows w/ Chains
(35# Bar + 40lbs of Chain)
