Day 158 of 365: STRONG CHICAS

These ladies have been in the Strictly Strength class since the very beginning, and as a result, have seen their strength go throw the roof!  
And as you can tell, they are still very feminine and attractive.
BUT, let me just say...they can handle themselves in any physical task!
These are some STRONG-ASS CHICAS!

It drives me absolutely INSANE to hear women say that they don't lift weights because they don't want to bulk up.  It is one of those things that, when I hear that shit, I have to pause and take a deep breath so as not to snap and have a rage blackout.
Let me put this in the most simplistic way I can:
STRENGTH is a prerequisite for being a happy, healthy, product and useful human!!!
EVERYONE NEEDS STRENGTH. 
EVERYONE.
Just think back to all the instances that you've watched some relatively young person struggle with the most simplistic task....let's say....load groceries from the cart to the back of their car.
For shit sake...It's like watching someone go into hand-to-hand combat with a bear.
They get their ass handed to them by a bag full of produce and toothpaste!!!
Ask yourself right now if that is how you want to go through life?
At some point, you will run out of people that are willing to lift and move your shit for you, so you better start now!  Begin challenging yourself in the most basic ways:
Instead of getting a cart at the store, use a basket that you are forced to carry. 
It will also keep you from buying all the shitty stuff that adds unnecessary pounds to your "workout"
SPRINT the stairs rather than just taking them.  
Walking is for sally-ass b*tches!
You get the idea.  
Make the most basic daily tasks as challenging as possible. 
Simple.
