What is the PROJECT you ask? Well, to put it simply, it's an 8-week training course that dives into producing sound technique in the squat, deadlift,and shoulder press = CrossFit Total, as well as developing a clear understanding of why we do it "this way" and not "that way"....All while getting SILLY STRONG!!! Sounds pretty badass, right? What's really cool is that you're performing StrengthWODs (SWODs), which, by the way, are different from anything else at CC, with a 3-person crew - keeping it small and time-crunch-FREE!
