Pictured above is the CrossFit Central Affiliate Team. Web, Lisa, Crystal, Alex, Andy, and myself comprise the team...and honestly, I feel that we are the team to beat!!! Between all of us, there is nothing that we can't do extremely well! And that is what this is all about - Doing everything well!
Central is also sending 4 ladies to the Games as individuals.
Central will be well represented in both competitions.
Central will be holding a "pep rally" of sorts this Friday night at 7pm at the CC gym.
We will be showing the CrossFit movie, "Every Second Counts", as well as some new video clips of last year's competition as well as some new footage from this year's competitors. We would love for every CC member to join us as we get ready to represent you all in L.A. at the 2010 CrossFit Games.
