After spending 2 hours working on some of CrossFit's most difficult movements(muscleups,pullup variations, HSPU's, KB snatch), my team and I met up at Auditorium Shores at 1pm for a team WOD! These guys are focused!!!
The WOD:
"Fight Gone Bad-ish"

3Rounds:
-Toes-2-Tree Branch
-Alternating, Jumping Lunges
-Supine Leg Raises
-Air Squats
-Really Tall Wall/Box Jumps
*THEN*
5 x 75m Sprints
