Day 137 of 365: Simply A BEAST!

One of my distance athletes and blog readers sent this video to me today, and I thought it was worth sharing. 
 It's purpose is pretty simple: To open your eyes to what is possible. 
This dude is a straight-up BEAST!!!
Not to mention, he's entertaining and has a great attitude about his training.

Day 88 of 365: Here's My Go

As promised, I knocked out the workout I posted yesterday.  
For those of you that haven't had a chance to see it yet, the workout was a 10min. AMRAP of 3 Bench Press and 6 Heavy Barbell Walking Lunges.  Now, Rob Orlando did this workout with 315lbs for both the bench and lunge!!!  Pretty freakin' amazing!  I, on the other hand, did this workout at 225lbs for both movements.  

Now, I will warn you.  The video is nearly 13 minutes long, and probably not that exciting.  If you're short on time just watch the beginning and the end.
